Capture follow-ups at the point they arise, not after you have forgotten them.

Tasks gives you a dedicated board for learning follow-ups, deadlines, priorities, and admin actions — and the assistant can create them directly from conversation so nothing slips between thinking and doing.

The gap between a useful learning moment and a missed action is usually a forgotten note. When a conversation surfaces something to review, write up, or organise, Tasks lets you capture it immediately.

STEP 01

Capture the action.

Create a task manually on the board or ask the assistant to create one directly from conversation.

STEP 02

Set priority and deadline.

Flag urgent tasks and set due dates where timing matters. Both are optional but help when the list grows.

STEP 03

Work through the list.

Check off tasks as you complete them. Completed tasks move to a collapsible section below the active list.

STEP 04

Clear completed work.

Use the "Clear completed" button to remove finished tasks and keep the board focused on what is outstanding.

Value Propositions

Why use Tasks?

Create from chat. Ask the assistant to create a task mid-conversation. It appears on your board immediately. No tab-switching required.
Flag what matters. Mark any task as flagged to surface it above the rest. Visible at a glance when you open the board.
Due dates and daily follow-up. Set a deadline and use the date filter to see what is due. The board shows overdue tasks without extra configuration.
Search and filter. Find tasks by keyword, filter by flagged or dated status, and toggle between active and completed views.
