How do credits work?
ClinicQuest uses credits to cover AI and document actions. A standard response uses 1 credit, uploading a text document uses 2 credits, and uploading a PDF uses 4 credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can use it however you like across the month. Top-up packs are available if you need more.
What happens if I run out?
If you use your monthly allowance before renewal, you can add a top-up pack. Top-ups stack and do not expire. Paid plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. The free allowance refreshes about 30 days after your last reset, on your next request.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
Free is enough if you only want occasional reference and educational lookups or to explore the product. Pro is the best fit for most trainees using ClinicQuest regularly during the month for study and portfolio logs. Max adds capacity for heavier study and portfolio workflows, larger document context, and the highest-accuracy voice dictation for study and portfolio notes. The main differences between plans are monthly allowance, document size, and dictation/voice quality.
Why would I choose Max?
Choose Max if you regularly work through complex multi-system study cases or long documents (e.g. multi-page guideline summaries) and want more room for bigger tasks, larger document context, and the highest-accuracy voice dictation for study and reflection. If Pro already covers your study and revision workflow, Pro is the better-value plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes apply at the end of the current billing period.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Paid plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. The free allowance refreshes about 30 days after your last reset, on your next request. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Annual billing gives roughly two months free compared with paying monthly. You can switch in your account settings.
What can I upload?
Free supports plain text files. Pro and Max support PDFs as well, up to the stated file limits. Uploaded documents can then be searched alongside your questions, which is useful for local guidance, study notes, and personal reference material.
