FourteenFish Sync lets you send ready portfolio entries from ClinicQuest into your FourteenFish ePortfolio. When you link your account, ClinicQuest connects on your behalf — the AI assistant never accesses your FourteenFish account.
For most clinical case reviews, Copy Entry is still the fastest path. FourteenFish sending is a quiet add-on for CPD-style workflows and moments where direct transfer saves time.

STEP 01
Link your FourteenFish account.
Go to profile settings and connect your FourteenFish credentials. This only needs to happen once.
STEP 02
Complete an entry.
Finish writing and reviewing your portfolio entry in the ClinicQuest workspace. Move its status to Ready.
STEP 03
Send to FourteenFish.
Click the "Send to FourteenFish" button on the entry view to send it over.
STEP 04
Track the status.
Check the entry status to confirm it landed. If you keep editing in ClinicQuest, send the latest version again only when useful.

Practical Limits
- ! Sent as CPD
Due to API restrictions, all entries appear in the CPD section of FourteenFish, not their original category.
- ! Not automatic sending
Send is user-initiated. ClinicQuest stays editable, and a warning appears before overwriting direct FourteenFish edits.
- ! Locked entries
Locked entries (e.g., during supervisor review) cannot be edited or resent until released by FourteenFish.
Key message
FourteenFish Sync does not replace the FourteenFish platform, nor is it an automated or unattended submission system. You decide when to send and review every entry first.
